Sapna and Mo’s wedding at Raffles London at The OWO was the epitome of modern luxury — editorial, cinematic, and unforgettable. From the moment Sapna and I first spoke, it was clear we were on the same page. She loved my fashion-forward approach to wedding photography, and I adored her taste and vision.
The Morning – Bridal Prep in Style
The day began in one of Raffles’ breathtaking suites, where Sapna got ready with Roqa Makeup and Botias Hair & Makeup. Having the time and space to shoot preparations without rush made all the difference — we created portraits that were calm, timeless, and unapologetically editorial.
Sapna wore an extraordinary Zuhair Murad gown from The Wedding Club, a look that was both intricate and powerful, and she carried it with the elegance of a fashion icon. She truly embodied the luxury of the day.
The First Look
One of my favourite elements was their private reveal on the grand staircase. I’ve always preferred first looks over traditional aisle reveals — they allow for intimacy, anticipation, and the kind of emotion that photographs so beautifully. Watching Mo’s face as he saw Sapna for the first time was a moment I’ll never forget.
Groom Style and Cinematic Energy
Mo’s Tom Ford suit set the tone — confident, sharp, and modern. He and his groomsmen brought their own energy to the day, inspired by the Going Bad music video by Drake and Meek Mill. With kilts, turbans, and designer tailoring, the group shots felt cinematic, fashion-driven, and unforgettable.
Portraits at Raffles
The grandeur of Raffles London gave us endless backdrops — sweeping staircases, high ceilings, and suites that offered a retreat when needed. Returning to the suite after group photos gave us space to pause and capture portraits that felt intimate yet opulent.
The Party
As evening fell, the atmosphere shifted from elegant ceremony to full-throttle celebration. The dance floor came alive — an incredible party that matched the grandeur of the setting. The joy, movement, and energy of those moments gave us some of my favourite images of the day — proof that the perfect wedding combines style with unrestrained fun.
Final Thoughts
For me, this wedding captured everything I love about editorial wedding photography — time, space, style, and couples who embrace the experience. Sapna and Mo’s celebration was the perfect blend of cultural richness, fashion, and emotion, set against the backdrop of one of London’s most incredible venues.
