Gothic Fairytale – Alice in Wonderland

After meeting with Natasha & Sam to discuss their wedding, I was extremely excited that they had chosen me to be their photographer.  Natasha is a wonderfully creative person and had a very clear vision of how she wanted her day to be at Lympne Castle.  I just knew it would be amazing to photograph!  She explained that Vicki Lord was going to be creating an Avante Garde hair style for her, which would incorporate some lace and that she wanted the brilliant Lucy Jayne to give her a really bold and beautiful look.

Seeing all of this come together on the day was so exciting, Natasha looked truly stunning.  On top of this, the decor that they chose for the castle looked really beautiful.  With deep purple table cloths to match the bridesmaids dresses, it was a brave and unusual choice that worked incredibly well.  So much thought went into every single detail and as a result of this, it was so nice to see Natasha and Sam enjoy every minute of their day.  It proved that if you plan, prepare and have a great venue, you can just then go with the flow and fully enjoy the day.

Ignite films were there to capture the day too and we use smoke pellets and off camera lighting to create some magical photos outside the castle in the evening.
