Creating a Luxe Autumn wedding at Ferry House Inn
We Found Love
When Sophie from Idyllic Days asked me to be involved with a shoot at the Ferry House Inn, Kent I jumped at the chance. Not only do I love this gorgeous waterside wedding venue but I adore Sophie’s work too. Sophie’s vision was to create a modern take on the Autumn wedding season using an alternative colour palette which included velvety Chocolate Cosmos paired with salmon, cream and rusts.
Joined by a talented team of creatives, this really was such a beautiful shoot to be a part of and photograph. I loved how elegant and glamorous the whole concept and look was. The colours and mix of textures made for a very sumptuous warm feeling which I think will inspire a theme and decor for all Autumn and Winter weddings.
We experienced every possible weather type in a single day which was challenging at times but also made for some of my favourite shots…..scroll through to the very end for a little peek behind the scenes!
We used a model couple, Katie & Lewis who were just a dream to work with and have around. Despite only meeting some of the team for the first time on the day, we all just had the best time and were so excited to be creating together.
