Tors & Nick’s Wedding was so pretty with lots of well considered little details. BloominGayles did all of the flowers, a florist whose work I have often admired, but hadn’t yet been fortunate enough to work with. As well as all of the bouquets and floral arrangements being totally amazing, I also loved the way all of the flowers were packaged up for Tors on the morning of the wedding, it looked really beautiful. Tors bouquet was a real statement and one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and I would highly recommend BloominGayles!
Bradbourne House is a venue I work at quite often and its always lovely to see the different ways that people choose to coordinate all of the colours and layout in the great hall and this was no exception. The pinks that Nick and Tors went with really complimented the blue walls and even the blue skies that they were lucky enough to get during a March wedding. After a very emotional ceremony we made our way out onto the lawn for some photos. The wind caused a few problems for poor Tors with her veil (as they often do!) but I’m so glad she stuck with it as I think she looked stunning and and the flying veil just made for even prettier photos.
Tor’s friends all put their money together to buy her a pretty amazing weddings present and that was those GORGEOUS Jimmy Choos! hence the photos of all the girlies and the shoes. What a great idea that is and what fabulous friends they are too! The bridal party was also made up of good friends and family and as you will see, we had lots of fun with photos of them all together. This wedding was all about fun, laughter and ensuring people had a good time. Nick and Tors had arranged for singing waiters to perform after dinner and then had a fantastic Beyonce tribute in the evening. It was a fantastic wedding with so much to capture and it will be featured in Perfect Wedding magazine very soon!
I must also just mention the lovely lady that you see in the doorway in the photo below. Her name is Sarah Godsill and she is amazing!! She was there from the preparations in the morning, way beyond the first dance and she was illustrating moments from the wedding. I have never seen this done before and was so intrigued by it. I watched some of the illustrations she did and was blown away by them. I really love fashion illustrations and that is just what they were like, but so touching as they were actual moments from the day and some with added text too. She was incredibly discreet and a very lovely lady.
